How to Get in Touch With Us
We're a small independent review site, and we genuinely want to hear from readers. Whether you've spotted something on a review that doesn't look right, have a question about how we operate, or just want to say something — we're listening. The best way to reach us is by email. We don't have a call centre or a live chat widget, and honestly, we think that's fine. A well-written email gets a much more thoughtful response than a rushed chat message anyway.
We try to respond within a few business days. Sometimes it takes a little longer, especially if the query needs some digging into. We appreciate patience — this site is run by a small team, not a corporation, and every message gets read by an actual person who cares about getting back to you properly.
Reporting Errors or Outdated Information
Casino information changes. Bonus terms get updated, policies shift, and sometimes what was accurate three months ago simply isn't anymore. If you come across something on our site that looks wrong or out of date, please do let us know. We take accuracy seriously, and a heads-up from a reader is often the fastest way we find out something needs correcting.
When you write in about a potential error, it really helps if you can be specific — which review, what the issue is, and ideally what the correct information should be. We'll look into it and update the content if needed. We won't always be able to reply individually to every correction report, but we do act on them.
Editorial and Content Enquiries
If you're a writer, researcher, or someone working in a related field and you'd like to discuss something related to our content or editorial approach, feel free to get in touch. We're open to conversations about how we review sites, what methodology we use, and why we make certain editorial decisions. We don't promise to share everything — some of our internal processes are our own — but we're not secretive about the basics.
We do occasionally receive requests from people who want to contribute content or suggest topics. We read those messages, though we can't guarantee a response to every one. Our editorial decisions stay with our own team, and we're pretty careful about what outside input we take on board. That's not us being difficult — it's just how we keep the site independent.
Partnership and Advertising Enquiries
We do work with some commercial partners, and if you represent a brand or agency and want to explore what that might look like, you're welcome to reach out. We'll be upfront: our reviews are never for sale, and commercial arrangements don't influence what we write. Any partnership that exists on this site is disclosed clearly, and that's a line we won't cross regardless of what's being offered.
Please keep enquiries focused and specific. Generic outreach emails tend to get deprioritised, not out of rudeness, but just because there are a lot of them and the ones that clearly understand what we do tend to get more attention. If you've read the site and have something genuinely relevant to propose, that's the kind of message we're glad to receive.
